The breakfast was delicious, the staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable, especially loved the classic double room with its cozy setup and the double doors.

The room I booked was great - it had an electronic key card, coffee/tea making facilities, and a work desk, and the atmosphere was quiet.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring everything the city has to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room we stayed in was very comfortable with a large, comfortable bed and a cozy 2-seater settee. We particularly loved the fact that the windows could be opened, allowing us to keep the room cool during the warmer nights. The breakfast offered a great selection of homemade, local products which added a delightful touch to our mornings.

No improvements needed, everything was great.

There was no facility to make tea/coffee and all TV channels were in french. An english speaking channel or one with subtitles would be nice to have if you choose to have a quiet night in.

The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet, only a 10-minute walk to the city center.

The hosts, through Joulains, we're very friendly and helpful, as well their staff. Continental breakfast with a bit more. Street and rooms are quiet. Lots of hot water. Beds are comfortable and linens are spotless. Near excellent restaurants and shopping. Castle and most tourist sites are within a 20 minute walk. Elevator is fast. Very secure facility. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Small suggestion for improvement- add a mirror above the desk and a small shelf above the sink.

I booked this hotel last minute for two nights. First surprise - friendly price. Upon arrival had a second surprise - central but at the same time very quiet location (rather side street). It's perfect for culture lovers, as the city opera is just a few steps away! Also the part of the city with most restorants is located there. In addition, the hotel is at one end of the shopping mile. Big notion for the friendly hotel staff! Totally helpful, uncomplicated and have great candies at the reception! Thumbs up!
